SPOILER for ^
basically...hmmm I'll try the best I can.
Joan got out of treatment, and she has changed a lot. One of the changes is that she's making all these lamps (I guess part of therapy); but also she's all changed as a person -- which even Adam starts to notice.
Adam is basically just trying to be there for Joan. He's trying to get Joan to believe that maybe she wasn't crazy after all.
Luke and Grace have this thing going on where they would meet for 5 minutes and make out. But...they don't want anyone to know about it, so they basically pretend like they don't care for each other outside of those 5 minutes. Which...no one really buys. And at one point, Luke accidentally defends Grace which embarrasses him and he runs off.
Later when he goes to her house to see her (he's told that women want men to act like MEN, no matter what they say), she slams the door on him (because they're not supposed to be seen with each other).
Kevin is taking up golf. Well at first he didn't want to, and wanted to do something that was less "uncool"...but later he decides to go for it to make his dad happy. Which he reveals these plans by setting up this goal act in the basement. Although when he shares the news...Will is already troubled by something that happened and he unintentionally explodes.
Will is going through a tough time. He has this flashback of when his son could still walk. And the reason for that is revealed at the end, when he tells his wife that they're being sued by the people who were involved in the accident Kevin was in.
Helen is now really thinking about going back to the church. She talks to this woman (forgot her name, but she...didn't fit the typical "church profile") to get information about it. But first Helen has to talk to the family about it, and when she does...Will flips out. But later he apologizes and reveals the whole suit thing.
God starts appears to Joan again. But Joan is still hurt about the whole ordeal, so she just ignores him at first. Later she tells him that she wants to be normal, and so that she doesn't want to see him again.
She seems to break a little when God asks her if she misses him at all...but she continues to say that she never wants to see him again.
I don't get the whole rabbit thing...so someone will have to expalin that and anything else I messed up. All I know is that there was a lot of screaming and crying.
