No sleep for 2 and half nights, I'm so tiiired. That's not even that long compared to how long others go without sleep lol

Yeah mind's just too active at night It's chosen to do it's thinking and planning and freaking out and everything else through the nights at the moment

What do you do when you can't sleep Jimmy?
I tried a sedative which didn't help actually falling asleep and then it did and got 2 nightmares, but at least it broke the no sleep streak, so I think it'll be easier from here on lol
