Hey NoS, Shal and WW!!! How you all doing? Doing fine this way...went to a new chiropractor and I'm pretty sure I"ve never heard my body crack that much but boy do I feel better...going back again tomorrow...he even adjusted my EARS. And then said that they would drain into my throat and I"d have a sore throat. He's right. But I bet that will help my hearing or at least the headaches and stuffy ear issues I've had lately.

Doing ok. Glad to hear you're doing better, and hope you continue on. That's awesome, I've never heard of a chiropractor adjusting ears before.

Noooooo it's soda!!! Or "coke". I think it's kind of funny how it's got different names in different areas. I have to say, though, that I consider "pop" to be the most correct term, since it was called that due to the "pop" sound when the lid was flipped or the can was opened...not even sure where soda came from lol...

I like chips but I'm not adventurous lol...some chip flavors scare me...

I've tried to do away with regular soda for the most part. Occasionally, I will have a Coke as a treat. I've been drinking a lot of flavored sparkling waters. It gives the soda effect without all the sugar. Since all my health problems, I have been trying to get better about what I consume.

I will be taking Monday and Tuesday off because the 23rd of October is my birthday. They have a little thing at work called PTO (personal time off) that they will give to you if you put in for it in advance and nobody has taken the spot.
