Exactly! Me and my wife are pretty quite people but it works for us.

I'm more outgoing than my hubby...he never has anything to talk about unless it's food lol. When we are out together, we don't really talk about anything. If I try to strike up a conversation with him it works, but thinking of what to say is hard. So most of the time we just sit there holding hands or walking hand in hand/arm in arm and enjoying being with each other. Works for us too...7 years and counting.
