LOL, I will ALWAYS love my chocolate, my favorite is dark, and it is healthy, even diabetics can eat it due to the low glycemic index.

Yeah, the temple of the Holy Spirit...do we realize even what that means? I mean we have Him in our hearts, our lives, our bodies house it. Would we go into a church an desecrate it with junk? Or would we respect that it's the house of the Lord?

Should be the same way with our bodies I suppose...what we put into it or what we do to it should be a reflection of how much we value the presence of God in it...by not taking care of ourselves well I suppose it would be in a way dishonoring or disrespecting a church, only it's our bodies, it's the temple of the Holy Spirit. Those are tough words to hear though because we ALL have things we could do to take care of our bodies better...sleeping more, drinking more water, eating better, exercising, etc...but I wonder where the line is, or if there is even a line...hmmm....or if God even really cares about our bodies THAT much. I imagine He must...

I wish I can get better sleep. I get sleep phases. Wake up,go back to sleep,wake up,go back to sleep,wake up,go back to sleep. Can't get any good straight sleep and that wrecks havoc on me because I wake up tired and not wanting to do anything but sleep and I hate that.

I do take naps though but it still doesn't help with my sleep patterns. I am looking into different sleep therapies like some all natural sleep stuff and I'm not talking about the junk they sell at drug stores,Walmart and other stores. Also looking into alpha,delta style sleep CD's as well.

Yeah dark chocolate is good for you as long as it's not the sweeten kind. I use Hershey's Dark Cocoa which has no sugar and I sweeten it with Stevia on stuff like oatmeal.

It is such a different conversation, talking to his aunt vs talking to his mom. I wonder why that is. His aunt keeps saying how good we are together, pointing out the ways we complement each other, while his mom keeps trying to throw the relationship on my shoulders, as if it's my responsibility to make things work out.

Aww I hope you can sleep better!!! That's no fun. I have to take something at night to relax me enough to sleep...Amitriptyline it's called I guess..just a low dosage of it but it does help.

Is his mom generally a nice person, easy to get along with? How are their personalities different? Have you looked at her marriage and seen if maybe that's kind of what she goes by? Maybe she's afraid of losing her boy...or maybe there is something that doesn't gel with her when it comes to you.

He said she also has some hangups about his last relationship, but that was almost 3 years ago.

Ahhh that makes even more sense then...not going to defend her, but she's probably just worried about her boy...I bet after you guys get married (and maybe even in the wedding planning process), she will work through her stuff and support you more. If it really bothers you, could he talk to her for you?
