Tins the proper minerals, esp magnesium can help muscles quite a bit. There is a supplement called Calm that you can try. You mix it with hot water & drink it. There are better forms I think but it is affordable. It even helps me with anxiety. I would call local health food stores and ask if they have free samples. We always did.

That's cool Rebecca...does it help you a lot?

I'm worried about the cost of the supplements but hopefully there are things I can do to change my diet a little...man do I like sugar.

My main complaints are chronic muscle and joint pain, sensitivity to extreme temperatures, fatigue, digestion issues, and decreased circulation issues.

I am taking a step in December to feel better, a huge step, if you want to know just PM me, as it is a rather personal thing, but I don't mind sharing behind the scenes lol anyway, that should help with some of my neck and shoulder pain and my breathing and it should also help with my exercise as I will be less bothered by pain, hopefully...but food wise I know I need to do better. I don't eat enough and when I do eat, it's carbs and sugar lol
I am a sugar-holic too, Tins, and there is a reason we are like this, we lack the mineral called "Chromium", it is the "Glucose tolerance Factor mineral" I have all the symptoms you wrote, and they got worse when I moved here. I would like to know what you plan to do, I won't tell anyone since it is personal. If you are prescribed lots of supplements, get then where I get them. It is on-line, and it is called "I-Herb", they are outstanding, free shipping in the USA, and not too bad for shipping over here. The prices are outstanding. One of my ND's told me about them, I have been using them ever since. Unfortunately, the more carbs and sugars we eat, the hungrier we get, if you eat a balance diet, no sugar, and high protein, that hunger will dissipate. You will have more energy as well.
I am sure he does environmental, doesn't he Susie? The Herbalist I worked for went on a cruise where he was one of the main speakers and she got a few of his signed books. I think I got them when she passed away. You guys even my regular doctor asks people if they want natural treatment. Getting more common I hope.
Oh yes, he certainly does environmental, that is one of his basic treatments, it is so important as that is the base for our healing in general.
You are so lucky that your doctor recognizes "natural treatment" so many are stubborn and won't ask at all, in fact, they will bad-mouth it.

You are right, Calms is great, they do not have it here, but back home, it was very popular. I use to drink it cold, it reminded me of a soda pop. It is also great for irregular heart beats, some folks, however, it can make them gassy.

I use to get free samples at the health store.

Hi there Sov,

I am not sure, I think it might stay there, or, maybe go back into the signature box and see if you can delete it that way.

Thanks for the insight! That is very helpful. Today I've only had 3 pieces of pizza, some water, and some Coke (I don't usually drink soda though) and a chocolate cupcake...ugh!!! I don't like myself very much some days! I need to eat before going to bed and will make sure it's a healthier choice lol

The lady I'm going to is really good and also has some psychology background and they run life coaching for my church, so I'm sure she will be good in figuring out just how to help me. I'm only 27, I'd like to feel a bit better lol

Susie I never thought it would dissolve cold, I'm excited to try it that way, thanks. Which one did you like best, do you remember? I need to get some soon and thought I might try a different one.

If you eat before bed time, make sure it is a protein, Cashew nuts are awesome, that is what I eat, also, mozerella cheese, or any cheese. If you like cottage cheese, a little bowl of that is good. Bottom line, low carb, but plenty of protein, you may even sleep better.

I found it dissolved if you mix it with a little hot water first, then fill the glass with cold water. I can not really remember, but I think it was the "original" formulae.
