so the people cast themselves into the lake of fire?
Revelation 20:14-15
14And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire
your GOD LOVES EVERYBODY AND EVERYTHING!
whether God or the people put themselves in the lake of fire, Your God will not let this happen because he loves everyone and everything, his love is suppose to be unconditional!!
Oh, Ozell, how long will you hear but not understand?! You are like the bible speaks of, with ears but without hearing. May God grant you hearing before it is too late.
Yes we sentence ourselves to hell if we do not repent. Just like if we murder someone, we sentence ourselves to jail. It's our choice. Someone else gets to say, yep, your guilty, but the guilt is all ours. You are trying to place the guilt of our sin on God. Jesus already did that number, all we have to do is say, okay, I'll stay out of jail and try to obey the law. If we don't accept that, we are sentenced to hell (jail).
As to the unconditional love part. Let's say that you get angry at someone, in your anger you murder their spouse and children. After the event, you come to your senses and realize what you did. You go to the family member that is still alive and say, "I'm sorry, I was out of my head and didn't realize what I was doing". The family member, sighs deeply and swallows hard, you took his entire family from him...and then he looks you in the eye and says, "I forgive you and I will convince them to drop the charges if you go to anger management classes." You say, "sorry, that is too much to ask, I'd rather go to jail than to take anger management classes" . Where was the condition of love, of forgiveness. Where was the condition in which forgiveness was taken off the table? You were still forgiven, you just had to pay for your crime because of your pride.
This is similar to God's love. We crucified the Son, we killed God's baby boy and ourselves with Him, through our sin. God comes along and say, "I forgive you, but you must stop killing Jesus and yourselves. If you turn away from your sins, (your murderous ways) you can be my son, but if you continue to do these things, I can't help you, the law is absolute on this issue. You now have a choice...you say no thanks I deserve to die....when has love stopped?....God says, if you ever change your mind, I'm here....where is the end of love, the condition of love...even when you reject it's full impact, you are still offered that love, love has not ceased, your pride has sentenced you to pay for your crimes. Love, Ozell, is unconditional, when you start putting conditions on it, it stops being love. Judgment on the other hand is completely different. Just like in the case of the above analogy, forgiveness (love) was offered no matter the situation. It didn't disappear, it didn't vanish, forgiveness was never even once taken off the table. The only thing that was negotiated was the price you paid for your sin. A price that has to be paid by the law. You get to decide how it is paid. Thus some people choose to got to hell while others choose paradise with God. But love remains constrant, love remains unchanging, love remains unconditional, it is our penalty for sin that can change, that has conditions, two totally different things.
