Jesus Freaks!!!

idk if this is the spot to post this on, but I read this book called "Jesus Freaks: Dc Talk and the Voice of the Martyrs." By the time I finished with the book I was left in awe. I never knew there were so many people in the world that died for Jesus Christ! These people had so much faith in Jesus that they would rather die for the Lord than sin and be alive. Some ppl would rather go to jail for Him than be free and disobey Him. This book has INCREASED my faith tremendously. It goes to show that when you have Christ in your life, you have nothing to be afraid of.

I read that book a few months back. What an excellent read! And you are so right. I mean, you know that persecution is out there, but to the extent that it is in this book, I had NO idea it was STILL happening that bad. After I read it, I had to take a look at myself and question why I let dirty, confused, mean looks get to me and shut me down. It changed me as well.

Not sure of the book, but Voice of the Martyrs is an awesome organization... they have been around a long time.

I havent read it yet, but now I'm going to
