Late to the party, but this is not necessarily true. Many 'habitual' sinners are sinning out of 'compulsion' - it takes a long time for entrenched thought patterns to just disappear. Sometimes habitual sins are borne out of other problems, i.e. anxiety, depression, etc.Yes, but the habitual sinners don't repent.
