Jujika is cross, haka is grave, eien no inochi is eternal life. I don't know the full meaning of it.

I think it's basically a poetic way of describing that the death and resurrection of Christ is life.
That is, by virtue of the cross and grave that Christ endured, we have eternal life through faith.

It can be understood as: "The cross and the grave (the works of Christ) = eternal life (for whoever believes)"
