Yes shot my blood sugar to 245 on the meter. Took 2 blood sugar meds and those combined shot it down to the 60's on the meter which is dangerously low. So now I'm working on getting my blood sugar stabilized.

Note to anyone who is diabetic and prediabetic don't go overboard on Thanksgiving and don't go overboard on meds if you are on them.

I had 2 helpings of turkey and stuffing with gravy,green bean casserole and 3 rolls total.

I'm feeling fine now but before I was having shortness of breath. I had a feeling something was wrong and sure enough my blood sugar was dangerously low.

Thank God Himself that He didn't let it go down to the point where I could have died. Divine intervention is a wonderful thing.

My daughters best friend had diabetes and she let her sugar go to low and she passed away she was only 22 my daughter was heart broken
her mom and sister found her in her bed

Yes it was. Although it would have been better if my dad was here(he's overseas on business)but still nice as my brother,my SiL and my baby nephew came down and had Thanksgiving with myself and my mom.
