ok so

ive been self harming for 2 years (i can't belive its that long) i recently went to a christian festival, which after many months feeling i was sinning by doing this to myself, i gave it up. i sent it to the lord a said thats it. i have been free 1 months 6 days!!!!!!!!!!!
because of one thing or another im am really fighting it today. its hell but i can't give up because that will mean i lose all i have worked for.
please pray for me!

Congratulations on being SI free! That's great.

It is normal to have the urges even after you quit because it's something you've been used to doing to cope. Remember that the urges will pass... find other things to focus on during these times, pray, read scripture, change rooms, or do something else that would be positive.

Hang in there, you can do this. God will sustain you.

Wow big congradulations on quitting. I've been free for 6 months as well. The urges have almost gone away for me so it is possible. Hang in there!
