I've Dropped!!!

Yay i'm so excited, so i've been taking all your advice and getting as active as i can to try and get things moving along.

I went on a massive walk yesterday and i just woke up then to go to the loo and have a midnight snack (it's 12:30am here in OZ)

and as i was washing my hands i noticed my belly is sitting so much lower than what it was yesterday morning!!!

Looks like things are moving along!

this gives me so much encouragement i feel i can face it better now esp if i go over.
