Itunes Help

Hello,
I use Windows XP. Itunes was working fine, until I had to do a non destructive system restore. I don't have an Ipod, but I use Itunes because I like it as a music program. Anyway, after the restore, it quit working, it pops up an error that says "Itunes has encountered an error and needs to close." I tried unstalling, and reinstalling itunes, and it still doesn't work.

Any suggustions?
