LOL!!! Is this a joke??? Somebody trying to pull our leg?? I never heard of such a thing--nobody believes John the Baptist wrote anything!

I think the culprits (academists/ scholars) are mentioned previously in this forum and elsewhere throughout history - unfortunately for them , they are not joking, they are so deceived beyond belief, and God gave them up to believe their own delusions, and sadly , to trick others also.

Christians seem to think he did because it records the work of John the Baptist. The truth is it's a composite book - author(s) unproven.

I have never heard of anyone attributing John to anyone other than the son of Zebedee, or one of his followers. Can you find anything in writing that attributes it to jtb?
