It's Raining!

Praise the Lord! He sent us a much needed soaking rain. So far, it's rained over an inch and it is still coming down! I can hear it on my tin roof...a sound I have not heard since March 07.

This will help with the wildfires in our area (south Georgia and north Florida..over 500,000 acres have burned), help reduce the pollen and smoke, and will allow farmers to plant. My garden is weeping with joy!

We ended up with SIX inches of rain, and it has all soaked in the ground. The grass is greening up already.
