  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It's positive, we're having a baby!

My wife took the pregnancy test this morning I guess before I woke up. She left the test in the bathroom that I usually will use when I wake up which is connected to the bedroom. Instead I used the guest bathroom this morning. So I woke up at about 9:30, I didn't discover the test sitting on the bathroom sink until about 35 minutes ago. So she was relieved that she didn't have to hold it in anymore. I was wondering why she was so happy to wake me up this morning.

When we hugged she had tears streaming down her eyes when she asked if I am happy, sad, upset, all I told her is that she knows the answer to that question and we hugged again.

She doesn't want me telling my family as of yet. She said to go ahead and let you all know and a close friend of ours and his wife. This way they can pray for and with us that the baby will be alright. She wants to wait to tell our families till after the first trimester.

I am just so happy and thrilled right now!!!

:clap: Oh.my.gosh. That made ME cry with joy........I can tell you are bursting with excitement. I'm so happy for you two. May she enjoy a healthy and joyful pregnancy. I'm praying for the 3 of you :). I pray her MS goes into dormancy so she may fully enjoy God's gift of life.
