So, why not just make unisex bathrooms the norm? Problem solved.

Also, why do we continue to uphold laws that allow men to go topless in public places while forbidding women from doing the same?

Mainly because we're tired of changing the norm everytime an extremist gets a platform and a bullhorn.

Because common sense. Men and women are different. Some people have a hard time processing that, and find it easier to try and pretend there is no difference.

So change really is good.? BTW, I make the suggestion of unisex bathrooms beacuse I've used them in other countries. It makes much more sense. Everyone has their own stall. Why is being in the same room such a big deal?

It's really a better strategy to be compassionate with those who feel as if our culture is becoming egalitarian at a faster pace than they are comfortable with. I will try to do better in the future.
