Yea, but mornings are mornings. If you wake up at 7:00 AM, then your morning starts at 7:00. If you wake up at 4:00 PM, then your morning starts at 4:00.Paul S said:I don't see anything wrong with his sleep pattern unless it's causing him to miss class or work. Some people just don't like mornings.
I used to work from about 3 to midnight, and then I'd get home, stay up until 4 or 5, then get up around 1 to get ready for work. Now that I'm back at school, afternoon classes are a good thing.
Exactly. What we profess determines who we are. And who we are is manifested in our actions.DreamTheater said:Most people that are into that kinda stuff can't stand sunlight. They spend all their time in a dark room.
No, then it's the afternoon, and you've avoided morning.DreamTheater said:Yea, but mornings are mornings. If you wake up at 7:00 AM, then your morning starts at 7:00. If you wake up at 4:00 PM, then your morning starts at 4:00.

No drugs, he just drinks. Most of the guys that live on my floor have the same sleep pattern - wake up in the late afternoon, get drunk and party during the late evening hours, go to sleep in the early morning. It's kind of cool waking up in the morning to go to church because almost everyone is asleep.ps139 said:DT, I'm just curious, does this guy do drugs or drink a lot?
Yea, sometimes those classes can be so inconvient. They really mess up my schedule.savvy said:I'd be nocturnal but for these dang college classes!
I used to work from 5pm until 1am, and I loved it. If I had to do "normal people" stuff like go to the doctor or the bank, I could wake up a little early and do it before work, I would have the run of wal-mart or kroger when I did my shopping after work, and the commute home took no time because most ofl the traffic lights flash yellow after a certain hour.savvy said:Personally, I enjoy night quite a bit more than daylight. Less traffic, less crowds...I go grociery shopping at two a.m. sometimes and the lines are really short!
lol! This is me, on the weekends! Fortunately, I can go into work later on Mondays to help myself get back on schedule.nyj said:Did what? Play computer games until 3am?

Actually with this I agree, I used to be up because of my job til all hours of the night and then sleep all day, and before that it was because of my lifestyle that I was up all night then slept all day, so now even though I do sleep at night I find it hard to sleep and then when I do sleep I get up early but then I am sooooo tired because I did not sleep well I end up taking a nap most days which throws me off again that night .....thereselittleflower said:Sounds like his circadian rhythm is all messed up . . . .
People who have worked many years on graveyard experience this, even years later after they are off that schedual . . it is easy to fall right back into it . . .
