GA is just under 2k votes needed for biden with around 16k votes left, and PA it's the same thing, given the amount of votes left and the % that have been going to biden he has a good chance to win.

Just have to look at Arizona, where trump is doing the same thing, biden's in the lead but trumps narrowing the lead and could win it.

As a veteran of the Norm Coleman vs Al Franken recount debacle, they fight over EVERY ballot if it's a possible advantage to them. They challenge obviously good ballots and they presume obviously invalid ballots are good. Normal people will give and take as required. Not the Democratic Party Challenge workers. Thats because they knew that the ballots still to come in were coming from blue counties. Such as GA. Leads can be erased in an election. If you were watching the analysis and looking at the math and the counties in play, you would understand this.

Apparently, it's not reasonable to question why there are videos being shared of poll workers crumpling ballots, writing on ballots, dumping ballots in trash cans, setting ballots on fire, finding bins of ballots with unregistered names on them, poll watchers being denied access to ballot-counting locations, postal workers being told to date-stamp mail with the wrong date, people questioning why hundreds of thousands of ballots showed up in the dead of night only in swing states where Trump is leading by a small margin, and much more.

Totally unreasonable to be curious.

There were also states that automatically went to Trump with 0% of the votes in also, and also states where Biden was leading, with a high percentage of votes in, but it was just still so close yet, that they were not able to determine a clear winner, or clear winners there yet, etc...

CNN at least bases its forecasts largely on polls, including exit polls. If the polls show that one candidate will obviously win, they'll go ahead and forecast a winner even if the vote numbers are still at 0%. The closer the candidates are in the polls, the longer they'll wait to see how the voting turns out, because as we all know the polls can be off a ways.
