  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

The new illness . A friend of mine was stating in another thread one can loose their heads in more than one way. Lets delve into a phobia that links thought process of the uninformed . How do we feel after reading link? As we type, there is debate on closing our borders too. The closing is global meaning not even England is getting in and especially France. Its phobia run ramped that even some foreign air lines employ Islam/Muslims.

Thus, this is an example of loosing heads to the fear machine of pin point activities over a vast globe covered in all manners of news to stroke that phobia. We can not bomb a nation and not expect reprisals from it, correct? When one realizes we started, funded, weaponized it , trained it and gave it a mission but now pull out all support of it to join Russia and bomb oil fields, bridges ,transport vehicles but most importantly human lives no matter what faction they are (See Trusting thread for bombing of water plant that effects all citizens in surrounding area) one wraps the head around in foreign affairs we are greasy. Or, another way to look at it is we reap what we sow. With that new lens (Not acquired in mainstream media) in we started it , funded it, gave it a mission the implosion of it is only natural when we pull support to it or go nuclear with Russia.

Told you this whole rhetoric months ago using same media source and low and behold?? Its like prophecy eh?

Just because we don't think like our representatives do in foreign/global affairs it still comes down to trusting that ilk with our child's life as they go to the mall... Heres that trusting link mentioned above.

For those wanting to impose strict entrance criteria for Syrian refugees, or a temporary moratorium on their admittance, on the basis of safety concerns, considering the evidence, are not "Islamophobes."

Most of the politicians I've heard speak on this issue are making these demands on the basis of legitimate safety concerns. Those making these request because or racism of antipathy toward Islam are wrong.

Proud Islamophobe here! Very proud!
See, I'm afraid of what PC indifference to terrorists own outcry and threats against America and others will garner in future.
Beheaded while politically correct! There's a bumper sticker for ya.

Bush43 ignored the threat of a terrorist Muslim. Over 3000 dead prove he made a mistake in not being afraid shark bait would follow through.

When you know someone who suffered the loss of a family member due to a terrorist Muslim cutting her head off at work, you tend to realize that terrorist muslims can be anywhere because anyone can be a muslim. Just as they can be of any other faith.

Islamophobia arrived at about the same time as the western media's inventions that intended to quell fear of all Islam and focus outrage on only one area or community of the faith. Radicals.
As opposed to the invention that is, moderates.
There is no such thing in Islam. Islam is Islam. The Koran is clear, as is the Hadith, muhammad's journal if you will.
You've maybe heard of that old adage coined by MLKjr? "Everything Hitler did in Nazi Germany was legal!"
That remark has had some scrutiny come against it however, in relative comparison as for putting a find point on terrorism, everything so called radical muslims do is in the Koran.

And everything that Daesh (ISIS) is doing was done by Muhammad in matters of barbarism, agenda, and world view that promotes the desire for conquest.

In other words, when history has already been written and your contemporary enemy is following history while writing their own creation for future generations to follow, pay attention! Unless you want it to turn out differently than it did before.
How is that? Well, you don't bow to Mecca five times a day, obey Sharia law, and wrap your wife in attire that makes her appear to be a walking trash bag with one eye showing out of a tiny opening because muslim men are considered no better than humping dogs and the sight of a beautiful woman could tempt them to evil. Which, if perpetrated, affords that evil man his day in court and a full credit for his testimony. While his victim is given half credit for hers. And when found guilty of dressing provocatively, i.e. too much makeup on that one eye, she's beheaded! In the name of restoring honor to her family.

Muhammad in the pursuit of his Jihad envisioned that you would be living under those precepts. Or, you'd die!

May He grant the necessary wisdom and discernment that is so direly needed in these very confusing and misdirected times when all gets moooshed together and this happens:

"Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!" ~Isaiah 5:20

God help us.

In the USA we have two new illness. Islamophobia and Islamophobiaphobia. Islamphobiaphobia is the fear of Islamophobe will destroy the world by angering the Obamagod for not allowing refugees in the country yet couldn't care less of the thousands of Mexicans killed by organized crime which bring in tons of drugs across the border.
Anyone who opposes refugees is commenting an Obamanation.

However, this thread is about one faith and those who commit evil in its name.
My point was not to be nasty but of course they can be anywhere. If all Muslims were that way there would be NO middle east whatsoever, in the same way there are Christians who do evil things supposing that it is in the name of God.

would you c are to re-think that?
A bit young for their age wouldn't you agree? Slinging the "C" word at American's because we're consciously aware that ISIS threatened to attack us.
People in Paris are scared. Shortly after the attacks there was a news broadcast covering the grieving afterwards. Someone set off firecrackers while cameras were rolling, and I think it was to test the peoples flightiness, and people ran and trampled memorials that were laid out because they thought it was another attack.
I suppose the pejorative fans would call that cowardice too. When the real cowards are those who take their war to babies bodies and men they burn to death while in a cage, or behead while their hands are tied behind their back. Daesh are the cowards!

It reminds me of the "conditioning" that happens with "battered women" and the utter confusion that is learned and the denial. It's horrendous. The women learn to NEVER EVER speak out or heaven forbid, criticize the ones systematically harming them, their children, and teaching them to agree to and bow down to, and accept their own demise, AND to "blame themselves" for ALL of it.

It's insidious, it's deadly, and it works.

Actually, this thread is about an opinion that we in the west are equally to blame because we built the beast.

This thread is not about any faith, but it was interesting to see you try to point the direction of the thread back at Islam.

Read post #16.

<Staff Edit>I take it as a forewarning when common sense national security concerns, especially in the wake of Daesh threatening America after their agents attacked Paris, are in keeping with a sworn duty to keep the nation secure from all enemies foreign and domestic.

Yes, it does. Assaultive behavior against a woman, a child, causes conditioning responses that make the victim align with their abuser in thinking if they act as the abuser wants they'll stop being abused. Never works.
Children will blame themselves even if they're never assaulted but witness that against their mother or father. Because children are shown early on that everything is about attention to them first. When they see abuse unfold before them they blame themselves for that too.

That's why I don't get upset with those posters and that are possibly trolls of course, that blame the victims of terrorism. Or those who are vigilant in wanting to insure they're not again or ever victimized by terrorists. I consider that what they're saying is a result of far deeper abuse that instilled that idea that victims of violence earned it.

I heard that much of France went back to "normal" shortly after the attacks.

Yes. Exactly. It's an insidious system, akin to the "brainwashing" of prisoners of war.....and to different degrees, being played out in front of our eyes in the world right now.

And, as we can see, it works.

Insidiously so.
