At one and a half hours, I don't see any problem. That's not an addiction, but a hobby. I casually game myself. I prefer Lord of the Rings Online, but can go a few days without logging in and be on a few hours when I am on. That particular game has Christian guilds, called kinships. I guarantee you many people in your church are watching soap operas and the like, and have no room to judge you. I think it's people that grew up with television, but not video games, and they are making judgments out of ignorance. That said, I can't comment on Blizzard specifically having unchristian imagery in their games as someone said, but I'm sure some games are better than others.

I played WoW for 4-5 year when I was not a Christian. When I started following Jesus, it was like a veil was lifted from my eyes to how evil the game is. So many demons, possessions, blood pact, covenants, killing, sacrifices. People are always like it's just a game, but if we take that stance, we might as well say that about a book or a TV show or porn even... We are not actually doing it; we are just watching it or reading it. I actually think what matters is what is entering into our minds.
