Is this normal?

Since yesterday afternoon, he's been going nuts. He hasn't stopped moving for more than 10 minutes. Not just normal moving but my belly is being stretched out in 3 different directions at once. It's pretty painful at times. I don't know if I did anything to cause this. I haven't had any caffeine or something sweet so I can't have given him a buzz.

my MIL and my mom both said that near the end it NEVER stopped...so I say normal!

Sounds like maybe baby had a growth spurt..and is probably moving around the same as he was--but with less room than before

Sometimes, too-- if baby was posterior, he will be all super active flipping around to anterior.

Also remember that in proportion to the size of your baby, there's much less amniotic fluid now than there was a month or two ago, so even if he's not more active than before you're likely to feel him more now.
