As I said. There cannot be ‘nothing’. But we can say that from a pint of detecting nothing we then spontaneously detect something.
And rules are descriptive rather than prescriptive.
I’m not certain that science cannot explain anything.I moved away from science recently myself actually, they can`t explain anything really so
I’m not certain that science cannot explain anything.
The scientific method has taught us an amazing amount of things.
I start with the idea “something” has always existed, because something does not come from nothing unless you redefine nothing as being something, which still means something only comes from something.
This “something” might only be energy (a near infinite amount of energy to take care of entropy), since matter has been shown to come from energy that leaves space and time, but we have today intelligence, so intelligence would have to come from energy also. (It could be energy and space, but some believe space is an illusion).
We can imagine and see to some degree intelligence coming from intelligence with smarter and smarter computers, but how could it ever come from just pure energy?
We might also imagine even our own intelligence coming from super intelligence and energy, so are we the first intelligence made from just energy or was there a super intelligence before us which made us?
If energy alone could make intelligence than with an infinite amount of time before man comes into the picture, there would most likely be intelligence and even super intelligence, but that also means we would be most likely the result of a previous super intelligence (God).
I really do not see why it takes more “faith” to trust in the eternal existence of energy without God versus energy with God, especially see why humans are here and what God would have to be like.
How do you know intelligence is not separate from the energy, but you feel both and not one being both?Good post, I personally think energy is living and intelligent and that`s how it all started since we can both see and feel it

Science cannot disprove or prove the existence of God so thus the need for faith, but does it not take a great deal more faith to believe space time and energy produced by itself our intelligence or space, time energy and super intelligence produced our intelligence? If you feel the first is right and intelligence was not needed than how could we be the first intelligence with an infinite amount of time before us? Once super intelligence is produced it can easily make intelligence like we have.well, I never believed in god myself because i can`t sense him, but I can feel energy is something since we can both see and feel it`s warmth, god must be an intelligence outside this then perhaps

evolution is a theory too, which many accept on faith. And I can assure you there is way more evidence for cold dark matter than for macro evolution. So at this point we can look into the evidence for cold dark matter if you wish.... here is a great author that I love to quote regarding science and most things technical....
