is there any point?

in asking God to help me fight my ED...

i was raised a catholic but lapsed in teens. i always believed in God but certainly didnt impact my lifestyle.
i met my now husband and started going to church with him (open bretheren) and rededicated my life in nineteen ninety four

but my ed keeps me from assurance of salvation, and from anything further

is there any point seeking help with the ED while i still dont believe i am saved, do i have to work through that first?

and are there any good books that might help me (other than THE good book!)

if you or i... if any of us was incharge of salvation, we'd be doomed. but it's a gift. a gift from God's hand. He says call me "Abba" Father. who can snatch away a gift He has given? you just keep searching for more of Him. keep giving your life and will over to Him. the rest, He takes care of.
