If the beatific vision is the goal of Christian mysticism, then (in a sense) yes.

Per Wiki:

"The beatific vision is when God, though transcendent, opens himself up to man and gives man the capacity to contemplate God in his heavenly glory. Contemplation is the prayer of silently focusing on God and heeding his word; in other words, contemplation is the prayer of uniting with God." (CCC 1028 & 2715)

I would think people in Heaven are experiencing the mystical. But mysticism comes from the Greek word mystery, aka mysterion. And the people in heaven have the benefit of "having the curtain pulled back" as far as that goes.

An example of not very clear thinking.
Assumed that there is a heaven and that in heaven one would want to create things about God when the point of heaven is that one is in the presence of God, that there is no mystery about God.
,
Then there is the assumption that every one will be there, Jesus is very clear is one is not an active follower of him then one goes to the other place of punishment.

Yes, perhaps no need for mysticism since he reveals everything anyways
