Is sex wrong?

I think sex is fine between loving people. Here is my questions. If people are going to take the Bible literally, then what about the old testament stating that we should kill disobedient children? That is one of many Scriptures that we do not follow in today's society. If a person is going to follow Scripture literally, then it is only applicable if we stop the way we live now...and go back to how people lived during the era that the Scripture was written, whether OT or NT. I don't think we would want to do that. So, we must translate the Scripture. We must look at it from a historical aspect and a spiritual aspect. We must take those aspects and translate them into today's society and the culture in which we live. If you try to be a literalist, then you are no different from the people from the Salem days.

In my opinion, sex is not wrong, but outside of marriage it is.
Without commitment, its just a physical thing, no love, no nothing.
I've also found out its only enjoyable inside marriage.

I know, but I do not separate sex and forever love and don't want to.
I know what its like to be used. Without commitment, its lousy.
No offense to those whove had meaningless sex and enjoyed it, but I am happy to be the way I am.
Sex is not wrong, its using it wrongly which is wrong.
Example being rape, or pedophilia, etc.

You can have a commitment without being married.

I disagree with promiscuousness, one night stands and the like, but in a committed loving relationship if they decide to have sex I see nothing wrong with it.
