Is saying 'holy' while exclaiming something blasphemy?

Sometimes when I'm exclaiming something such as being in great pain or just saying something in suprise I say 'holy'

Such as;

Holy Guacamole! That's amazing!

or

Holy Goalie! That hurt!

Is this a form of blasphemy?

It would depend on the context. If you're exclaiming something about Jesus, God or the Holy Spirit that is true, then no.
If you're casually saying it, as you gave examples above, then I would think it is. It doesn't show any respect to God, or anything that is holy, so avoidance should be taken.

It could lead you into bad habits, and... could hurt your influence on other people including Christians.
