Maybe like the blood of bulls that needed observed multiple times, sabath too is just a shadow of what Christ was bringing which is blood atonement once for all time, and Sabbath too is now observed once for all time meaning it doesnt end, its perpetual and started with Christ but doesn't end on sunday, it goes on every day perpetually. “If you turn away your foot from the Sabbath, From doing your pleasure on My holy day, And call the Sabbath a delight, The holy day of the Lord honorable, And shall honor Him, not doing your own ways, Nor finding your own pleasure, Nor speaking your own words,

now, do you know of any other day that has the distinction mentioned in isaiah 58:13?
