That's correct. At justification the penalty of sin has been removed.

Obedience has nothing to do with following the Jewish law. The Christian is not a Jew.

You've done no such thing because the Book of the Law says otherwise in Deut 5.I showed Law and Sabbath were always for gentiles, I showed gentiles are part of Israyl if they follow the Messiah. Where does it say the Sabbath is abolished? It dosent. Satan has worked very hard to get people not to have the mark of Yahweh:

The Sabbath to the Jews is not the Sabbath of the New Covenant believers, therefore it would be advisable to first define our terms.
The New Covenant Sabbath observance is the central observance of WORSHIPPING GOD IN SPIRIT. Sabbath becomes our walk by faith with God. The application of the Sabbath is inward observance based on God the Holy Spirit as the central focus of worship.
We can't apply Sabbath according to the Old Covenant believers because they did not have The Temple within them.
Since a Christian is given God the Holy Spirit, therefore the believer becomes the Holy Sanctified temple of God.
You as a New Covenant believer when you worship God in Spirit observe all the Law and all the Prophets.
The central focus is on the Lord of the Sabbath and not a created 24 hour day.
If you do make outward observances central to the question of worship then you are bypassing the indwelling of the Holy Ghost by worshipping outward according to the flesh as was the Old Covenant practice.
In doing so you do commit sin by worshipping creation rather than the creator who indwells you.
Those that observe outward Sabbaths days years, lunar festivals and other celestial events are receiving the mark of the beast that places man's authority over and above the Lord of the Sabbath's.
