Great, I guess you don't pray for others since it is "interciding" and you don't confess your sins with others even tho it's something James says to do.

Do you think he heard me? It was very quiet in the confession and he asked me to whisper becuase I was talking loudly at first. What happens if he didn’t hear me? Do you think it was valid if he didn’t but had the intention to have him hear me?

I am happy to pray for anyone - there are plenty of texts telling church members to pray for others. But that does not make them "the mediator between God and man"

And it does not give them a license to tell whomever they pray for -- to ignore the Lord's Prayer, the "Our Father" and go to the one who is praying for you -- "instead".

I think that Christians in all denominations would agree with this and that includes the Catholic Church.
