No. It's my understanding that technically speaking only the Jews are "the apple of God's eye." That's what I was always taught. Anything different to me is replacement theology.

Apparently there is some holes in what you have been taught. There is One New Man in Christ's flesh, not two. As Peter said, God is no respecter of persons. Please note that God loved the whole world so much so as to send His Son- not just the descendants of Abaham's flesh.

Is this how you show the love of God? Well I will show it to you by "turning the other cheek." You are free to say what you will, but remember that attacking each other is not pleasing to God. I will not attack you. I will pray for you. I know myself better than you know me. I know that I am intelligent, and that I have a good grasp on scripture. I was raised in a Christian home with good a good Christian upbringing by a mother and grandmother who took me to church. I am not angry and I will not defend myself against your senseless attack. I have God who fight my battles for me. I am praying for you.
