Is it wrong to live together as spouses but not get married?

God views marriage as a sacramental union between a man and a woman, entered into through the Church in this age.

The government views marriage as a legal contract, involving paperwork filed with civil authorities.



These do not have to be the same thing or overlap, in some places. There may be an easy solution for many.
