  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

It is hard to defeat a setting President in the primaries. It has happened but it is rare.

Don't quote me on this but I think there are only three. I will have to go look it up.

Andrew Johnson was a Democrat, even though he was Lincoln's VP. He had hopes to be elected to a full term, but failed to get the Democrat Nomination.

The other two sitting Presidents who failed to get their party's nomination was Franklinn Pierce and Chester Arthur.

Like I said don't quote me on this. I am sure you can google it.

Hilary's chances of getting the party's nomination against the President will be a very tough battle.

"Anyone consider the DEMs will run far and fast from Obama in 2012 and back someone else...like say...Hillary?"

Kinda interesting that she is stepping down as SoS, don't ya think??

Yes…interesting indeed.

The frightening thing is she’s been flying under the radar and making BIG moves globally…and quite covertly.

Sometimes I think Obama is just a ploy…a distraction…while Hillary presses the agenda forward with a whole lotta moving and shaking in the background.

The Clinton’s are uber connected and wield an incredible amount of power not only in DC…but with foreign leaders as well…not to mention the UN…and their membership and affiliations in the Builderberg Group.

Obama was just supposed to be a sock puppet (which he is)…but the power went to his head and he’s has stepped on A LOT of toes and offended many DEMs.

I truly think…if he’s not impeached…(and there is a lot of build up for support for an Impeachment Inquiry)…he just may lose the DEM nod in 2012…in favor of Hillary.

And not to go all conspiracy theorist…this may have been the long game plan all along. The Clinton’s simply aren’t the type of people who would easily accept a little bone toss like SoS unless there was far more in the pot to offer down the road.

And if Hillary sits down in the Oval Office…I do believe frying pan to fire would be an appropriate analogy.

I hope you are right Terry...I just posted to Tim...that about sums up my thoughts on the matter.

But the thingy is...so much has gone just whack-a-doodle crazy over the past few years...IMHO...anything is possible...especially if it defies all reason....

Do ya think I'm suspicious of the FED much these days...:sorry:

I have heard many people people infer that O is nothing but a Pelosi/Reid puppet.....

And, in many ways, I am inclined to agree.....

I think he is a propped-up poster boy whose purpose is to push the Liberal/DNC agenda down America's throat.......

And, of course, to make the Dems a boatload of money......

Oh yeah...we got a motley crew in DC these days...fer sure.

I think Reid would have headed down the road with Pelosi....if it weren't for that mysterious power failure during the elections.

Opps...are my conspiracy theories showing again...or is that just my slip.

so much herping and derping going on in both the right and the left.

Dems are failing hard in a lot of ways, repubs are just loafing around as usual. unfilled promises on both sides galore.

Ron Paul is at this point the only person I would consider voting for over Obama. I'm not a fan of Obama, or completely satisfied with some of his actions as prez, but he is faaaaaar better than any of the sides are offering at the moment.

and someone seriously suggested voting for Palin or Bachmann? I don't think we are even close to being that desperate yet.

Nobama is the worst pres. we have ever had. All you need to know about him is found in Jeremiah Wright, his racist pastor. Nobama sat under him for 20 years taking in this guys antiAmerican, black liberation theology. America had better wake up to what is happening and demand that we return to our conservative roots.
