Is it reasonable to believe that which is true?
I can believe something that happens to be true without having reasoned its truth.
This poll needed to have "Huh?" as a choice. To me the question seems like a semantic game - near to asking if it's reasonable to be reasonable. So, you would have to pose a situation where you think it's reasonable to believe something false so I can start to comprehend what you're even thinking about.
I don't get it. Need more clarification.
Let's say it's true that the Firschizleschmocks exists. Merely because it is true that the Firschizleschmocks exists, is that enough to make it reasonable to believe that the Firschizleschmocks exists? It begs the question of how (or whether) you know that something is true. But yes, it's reasonable to believe things that are true.

Therefore I voted no.
If something is true, then it is and I am not required to believe it.

What we know to be true is irrelevant. When asking if it's reasonable to believe that which is true, what's relevant is what really is true and what we believe.Yes, but do we know that Firschizleschmocks exist?
I mean, it may be true that the 123847192837412745871293871923874912847591287391827349817245987129354871293487129837591283759128375th digit of pi is '7', but unless we know that it is, there is no reason to believe that it is.
It is true that the first digit of pi is 3. And we all, I hope, know this, and therefore it is reasonable to believe it.
