Is it possible to PM someone who blocked you?

I sent a PM to a person that blocked me. Will he see the PM? I got no response, but I would like to know if he got it.

He has to go to the bottom of this thread and click on where it says show ignored posts (or something along those lines) and it will show your posts again.. then he will just have to click on your avatar for the page where he can click "unignore"

then it should all be back to normal.
