Note from technical side:
Technicaly using someone else's account is not "Cracking", "Cracking" is process to get such accounts, offline or online, mostly done by "hackers". For example "Cracked version of Photoshop" means someone changed the application so now others can use it without paying.
So creators of Cracked apps or persons who steals credintials are - "crackers"/"hackers"
You can't call "users" same thing, they just using stolen data.

Anyway, I think both "crackers" and users of them doing almost same thing, it's stealing.
We may try to justify such things in same way we justify stealing in general, due to enviroment, bad economical conditions, etc.
