Yes, they sin just like you and I do.
Do as Jesus did and you'll do well.I don't understand some Christians. They sit there and say that we are not to die for unbelievers, but we started out unrighteous, ungodly, and worthy of death. Paul said he was willing to be cutoff from God's holy people if it would save his own people.
So, I am confused. I want to be a follower of Christ, but I am counting the cost. Not only are we to give up our life for God but we are to give up our life for people, unbelievers and believers. The Bible says so.
Jesus did. And he even said Father forgive them for they know not what they do.
So we can’t be friends with sinners. Is anyone friends with you? After all, we are all sinners, the Bible tells us that. Therefore we can be friends with them?
No.
Do as Jesus did and you'll do well.
Actually the person I was thinking of when I typed my earlier post does not engage in homosexual sex not is he in any type of homosexual relationship. If he sees another man he might have feelings towards him, but he doesn’t act on those feelings. Why wouldn’t he be permitted to take communion?Did they repent from homosexuality? Do you support the idea that one can practice homosexual and be Christian at the same time? Humm? Will you allow them who refuse to recognize their sin or repent from it to take communion with us in our church?
That is an abomination!
LOL. MasterYourLife is correct. Read the Bible, will you? Show us the Scripture where we are commanded to sacrifice our life for unrepentant unbelievers? Else it is just your personal opinion not worthy for consideration!

Who else do you exclude from Communion? Fat people? That’s gluttony. Lazy people? That’s slough. Who else?
Mat 5:28-29
(28) But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
(29) And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
But to have a man look at another man to lust after him. EWWWW! It is still offensive to God.
Seriously? Are you making excuses for homosexualities, or what?
Do you even know what communion is about?
Yes, he is a sinner just like us. Should men who lust after women be permitted to take Communion?
Yes, it is Gods body and blood for the remission of sin. I can tell you what it isn’t—God doesn’t look down at we sinners when we partake of it and say “EWWWW!”Christian symbol?! LOL. It seems like you are not willing to explain the real meaning and purpose behind the communion at the Lord's supper.
But I specifically referenced someone who has turned from his his sin.If he recognizes his sin and repents from it, yes. But the $10,000 question is should the unrepentant homosexual Christian?

Oddly enough, a lot of LGBT people don't agree with that stuff at all. In some other thread, I posted...one thing that bothers me is how many Christians attacks people for being gay. You can say something is a sin but to make someone feel less than loved is not good way. Trying to make them less than feeling loved by God is wrong. I try to go with the path Jesus takes and befriend others. Not attack
I personally don't see a problem with being on friendly terms with members of the LGBT community. However, my conscience would demand that I point their sins out to them. And frankly, most of them don't want to hear it.Growing up, we had a family friend. And, ahem, it was pretty obvious from the get-go which team he would ultimately play for.
Talking to him recently, he said words to the effect of "I'm fed up with patronizing [insert swear word here] like Christians 'supporting' my right to exist but denying me my right to get married and be happy. I'd rather they spit in my face and call for judgment on me than mealy-mouthed [insert same swear word here] like that!"
He says his attitude is fairly common among the gay men he knows. The level of hatred a lot of the LGBT community has for Christians should not be underestimated.
Assuming they even believe in the Christian understanding of God, they will normally say something like "Only God can judge me". My fear is that He will do just that, and the LGBT community will not like His judgments one bit.
That’s it with you. I don’t take orders from you—don’t you tell me to go back and try again. I will also be ignoring you.No, you did not exactly answer the question. You were only trying to distract the real issue away from my question and talk about a gay person you knew who did not actually perform the homosexual act but only have problem lusting after someone else of the same sex. You still did NOT answer my question directly in the first place with a yes or no. Go back and try again.
I agree with you but wanted to also mention that true God kind of love means to lay down your life for a friend.Because it is none of our business. The Bible is there and churches are there.
If they ask us personally, we should lead them to the Bible and give them an honest answer. But so long as they don't want our input then pointing their sins out is mere judgment and is rude.
We have to be friends with sinners. So we can’t be friends with sinners. Is anyone friends with you? After all, we are all sinners, the Bible tells us that.
Yes the key is if they are practicing homosexuality, same as if they are practicing adultery. And Paul also made that distinction. It is still sin, since Jesus said if you lust sexually after another person, it is as if you committed adultery with them. But to practice sinning shows you are not converted to the gospel.Actually the person I was thinking of when I typed my earlier post does not engage in homosexual sex not is he in any type of homosexual relationship. If he sees another man he might have feelings towards him, but he doesn’t act on those feelings. Why wouldn’t he be permitted to take communion?
