In order to cheat you have to lie so yes it is a sin to cheat.

Well it's not in the bible. But I would say yes. Not all sins have to be listed in the bible some of them are just common sense. The question to ask yourself is if Jesus would do it. I would say it falls under stealing because the answers dont belong to you.
