Not Nebuchadnezzar, in his person, but a ruler of Babylon, an Assyrian who is not Islamic-for it is appointed unto man once to die -and nebuchadnezzar is dead and he didn't get his body kept from corruption like Moses' was (Moses' death was a prophetic sign of smiting the Rock when one has struck it once, for it is making an open shame of the Rock's work of salvation once, for all- another study), for Moses was resurrected in his own body for there he was, on the mount -to die again, as Lazarus was- and is one of the two eye witnesses who will preach in the streets of Jerusalem after the Church is removed, for he was on the mount with Elijah (who has not died), beholding the incarnated glory of YHWH come in flesh, as an eyewitness -with those Apostles who also saw His glory as eyewitnesses.
Moses and Elijah represent the law and the prophets, which both point to the New Man, YHWH come in flesh, as our Salvation, and they will arrive in the streets of Jerusalem as the only two Believers in the world, as soon as the Church is removed, and will preach for the three and a half years of the seven years of the one week remaining for Israel -until the Messiah returns in glory.
That's how I see it, anyway.
PS -I just noticed, yesterday, that the indignation that began with the overthrow of Israel -and Judah- is a continuing saga, with stages, and a 'last end'. Jerusalem has not been self ruling since the Babylonian invasion, and the kings and kingdoms are the seven kings that have ruled Jerusalem -and the eighth is of them.
Dan 8:19 And he said, Behold, I will make thee know what shall be in the last end of the
indignation: for at the time appointed the end [shall be].
The seven are;

Medes-Persions
Greece
Egypt
Rome
Ottomon Empire
Great Britain -League of nations ? -UN? -United States is part of the concensus rule over Israel.
There will be another throne over Jerusalem, the last end of the 'indignation' -the over throw.
The Glory of His Presence never returned to dwell in the rebuilt temple because YHWH has not been the King of Israel -Judah, since the Babylonian invasion.
When YHWH is King again, in Jerusalem, His throne of glory will be there: He will return in glory, in the Person of YHWH of hosts, second Person who 'is come in flesh', and the 'the throne of kingdoms' will be overthrown and all rule and all authority will be put down.
