I don't think anyone here has ever argued against war for the sake of Saddam but for the sake of our soldiers, for their sake or their civilians, and for the sake of our horrible reputation with the rest of the world.
Bush and co. are doing their best to demonstrate that they wish to attack Iraq no matter what. I don't see how any ruler, whether he is an evil prick or not, would feel compelled to destroy their arms under such conditions.
