CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yaaaay a group for introverts! I feel so alone sometimes lol.
Is that book good? I feel so fake at work, cause I really have to act like an extrovert to interact with customers. I really want a job where I can be myself but I have no idea what that would be.

I really enjoyed the book, "Quiet: the power of introverts in a world that can't stop talking"
It goes into the history of why extroversion is so dominant. Then it goes on about all the famous introverts in the world, and states that their introversion was what helped them create something or start a movement or come up with an idea. It has some therapeutic parts where it tells you that introversion is not a negative trait. Lastly it gives you some tips in the real world on how to best utilize your introversion.
It's available on audible dot com for free if you never signed up with them before. Just remember to cancel your subscription before one month.
As for finding a job, you need to find one that compensates you fairly, is something that you enjoy and hopefully something that you are good at. Finding one that fits all three is tough.

How many of you have many extroverted friends (at least you know they are some people are a mixture or dont know which temperament they are) more than your introverted friends?

All of my friends in person are from church, and they are fairly outgoing people. There are a couple of more quiet, possibly shy people, but it always seems like introverts are rare, or society makes them out to be "bad" people because they're quiet. :/

I am introvert, but I try not to let people know and so then I just feel really rubbish because I know inside I'm not like the other people - especially at church
