CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Shining God's Light for a Lost World.
I'm WannaWintess (or Wanna, or Witness, or WW, or however you want to shorten it)....
In general, I consider myself a conservative Christian.
Politically, I am registered as a non-partisan (there is no CF symbol that I know of representing this, so periodically I may equip my Character with the black Non-Partisan flag). Anymore I feel myself becoming more and more indifferent in this area. There isn't a politician out there that is 100% right about everything, no matter what their party is, but one thing I know for sure: they ALL need to be backed by our prayers.
Here is where I feel I'm conservative: I tend to be straightforward in Bible interpretation and, although I am nowhere near perfection, I believe in trying my very best to live a life pleasing to God. I do not consider myself rigid or "legalistic"; I merely go on what God's Word says, and apply as best I can to my own life, while allowing others to deal with their own convictions and individual walks with the Lord. After all, everyone does think differently, and it would be a pretty boring world if we all thought the same.
Anyway, I might be popping in from time to time.

Greetings in the name of the Lord! I am Sabrina. I was raised Moravian and after marrying a Baptist I learned what the love of God was all about. We have tried more churches then I can remember and still looking for a home.
I am a Registered Nurse and believe that this is not only my career but my calling. I have 80 pleasently confused Alzheimer's Patients every day. Every day is an adventure.
My husband of 25 yrs is the love of my life and I am madly in love even after all these years.
We have one son in college. He will be moving to Russia in 2 weeks. He will be there for 5 1/2 months. He is a Russian Language and Russian Literature major in his senior year. This will be the chance of a lifetime. Say a prayer for us all.
I am far from Politically Correct and have a tendancy to roll my eyes at Liberals and those middle of the road types. Yeah, it gets me trouble sometimes but that's something God and I are discussing.
It's obvious to me that I have spent too much time in the games and not enough time in the trenches. My focus is shifting very quickly.
