[FONT='Verdana','sans-serif']I am new to this type of chatting or blogging as it is called. I am told that this is the way to go so here I am. I am in love with Jesus. I am convinced that we can and should be passionate about our relationship with him. As I grow in and explore the depth of his presence in my life, realize how far off I have been most of my life. I am so tired of religion, tradition and routine. There is a real, interactive and involved God. He is interested and participating in his creation. He is in nature, in art, literature, in the mind of men and women. He is neither bound nor limited by our understanding or conceptions and He is aching to be known as He is. There is no vale, no secret, and no hidden agenda. He is love free and pure. If I can help you to know Him better, if I can help you find Him or if I can just pray for you, I am happy to do so.[/FONT]

Thanks for the warm welcome. You can all pray for me. Tomorrow I am delivering my second ever sermon and it will prick some hearts. The Lord laid something very heavey on me to share. Pray for me to be empty of self and for Jesus to be my voice. Our pastor just left and now we begin the process of looking for God's choice of replacement. The problem is that I fear that most of the congrgation is looking for a man to pick up the ball and carry it. I believe that we the church need to pick up the ball and that whoever God sends to us needs to be able to train us as workers and evangelist, not become a star performer who will draw a crowd.
