CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I am Hayley. I am 21 and in college. I am studying English Education and Chemistry. The basketball team where I go to school is trying to advance to the Sweet 16. I really enjoy ballet 
and reading. My favorite pair of shoes I have are some really old pink chucks. I teach Sunday school with my husband. I have the 10 year anniversary of my salvation this year. I think thats all for now.

Hi I'm Mona.
I live in London, England and I love the Lord.
I work in youth ministry, although I'd not consider myself to be old just yet!
I am currently working as a youth worker with young offenders and I am starting further studies in the field in the next month - (not looking forward to being a student again).
My significant other is studying in the ministry and he's a wonderful man who I hope to marry some day.
I live with my housemate and my cat, Topaz. She's a beautiful specimen of feline qualities if I do say so myself, the cat has some fine qualities too.
I have 2 sisters and a bro and I'm the youngest. But I'm not spoilt, honest!
I'm a registered foster carer, although I don't have any placements - I can't wait to help out kids whose parents can help them at that time.
I love you all and I'm glad to be on the site.

I'm Joe. I uhhh...actually stumbled across this forum from google. I'm honestly not the strongest Christian by any means and have had my doubts. I've recently gone through some rough times with a relationship and was seeking advice and/or guidance.
So I guess I figured this could be a start right?
About me, I'm 24. I've not been very strong in my faith though I've been a "Christian" all of my life. I can prob stop rambling now.

I like to challenge peace. Even though it's not planned out for us.
