Yet to discover what my calling is... trying to serve the Lord in every way I can... I hang out with the new friends I made at the church as my non-believer friends have abandoned me after I became a Christian... this is the first time I am in a forum so I am not sure how to go about from here... Hello!

My name is Artorius Maximus (not necessarily my real name lol), and I'm the age of 19, I suppose that is considered young adult age, and I'm in college too, trying to major in History, and perhaps minor in other subjects.

As far as I remember, I've been a [genuine] Christian for about ten years. I chose to accept Jesus Christ on my own, even though I was influenced by my parents (that's not the reason I did accept Jesus, I really meant it).

This may be a little confusing, but as far as I remember, I think I was baptized in a Roman Catholic church as an infant, then my family started attending Cavalry Chapel church, a Baptist church, and eventually, a (I think Evangelical was in it's name) Covenant church, respectively. I'm pleased to say that I'm sure I'm following God the way a Christian is meant to, but there is always room for improvement. I'm a sinner quite often, like the rest of humanity. It's unfortunate, but there is hope in Jesus.

I'm new, but I'm a little late on posting my introduction. I'm SkyArk17, it's a name built on a secret of mine, but I'll leave that alone for now.

I am neither conservative or liberal, in fact, most moderate middle "men" also find me annoying in my beliefs, so I guess I'm totally off the board. My believes are a bit off to many as a result, and I don't make many friends, if at all.

I've been a devoted Christian in my search for Truth and God for 7 years now and I have made a ton of progress, but I feel as if I've just started still.

I love stories, in any and all forms and in any genre. Any art is beautiful to me, as long as it was not made through ungodly means. (like "beautiful murders", that's just worthlessness in my eyes.) Sound and visual based arts are the main contributor to that makes a passion in what I want to do. I'm actually going to college for that sole reason of giving my earned masterpiece to God and everyone willing to accept it. for now.

Hello everyone!

I'm Emily, an 18 year old freshman in college in Minnesota, USA. I am studying pre-physical therapy, so will be in school for seven to eight more years. It will be long and arduous, I am sure, but I really like what I know of the profession thus far, for I want to help people and feel as if I have made a difference in their lives. If I have the ability to, I would like to focus more on helping people regain abilities after accidents, or from some disease in which they were born with.

Anyway, I am searching for my faith. I was baptized as a Catholic when I was a few months old, but was not confirmed. I chose not to be because I did not feel as if I was ready for it. I don't agree, or didn't as I haven't been around the church in quite some time, with many of the concepts, as I am a liberal person. However, I do want to find my faith and I am almost positive it will be within a Christian denomination. It is just which one that I am unsure of. Around my campus there are various churches which I plan on visiting. One is a more "liberal" Catholic church, as I have been explained of, as well as a Lutheran one. From there, who knows what will happen! I hope that I am able to find my faith, however. I have always wanted to, so I think that must mean that it is possible that I will find it...since I want to. I do not know what is holding me back. Any recommendations for me? How to start and the like?

There is obviously much more about me, but I figured since this is just an intro. I would give you the basics as well as my religious background. So, there you have it! Hello again.

I'm a senior in college and like most people my age, i'm crazy confused about what i'm supposed to do with my life. My passions are friends and relationships, dancing...because I think its good for the soul, and desperately trying to follow in God's plan. Hello all!

I'm Lara, but a lot of my friends just call me 'La'. I went to a year of college at the University of Iowa (which was a huge mistake and a waste of a year) and then I went and joined the Naval Reserves! I'm now at home, working various temp jobs (currently in-between jobs and not liking it) and trying to pay off the debt I got into when I went to college.
I play trumpet and sing - and would love to start taking trumpet lessons again so I can play for God at church...though, with my job situation and such, I can't afford them right now. I also collect dolls and love to read!
