Interracial Relationships

In our congregation, we have a rainbow of people. It's beautiful. At Communion, I love to watch them line up, all sizes, colors, ages. It's like a parade, all of God's Children coming together at the Feast of the Lamb.

For years, people used the Bible to subjugate one race beneath another. Some still do, claiming that Jesus was blue-EYED, white-skinned, and we are supposed to "keep pure" what God created. How poisonous!

In our relationship with God, as well as our relationship with each other, all that matters is the heart.

Sounds like a little bit of a taste of what Heaven is going to be like, when we all abide together in God's love. Of course the Kingdom of Heaven is to be on the inside of us now. Thanks, JohnR7

Anna, I agree. The Lord is concerned with the believer being sucked into worship of another god, not our color or race. Moses married a black woman, this is why his sister was mad at him. Guess who got punished, not Moses. Jesus's genealogy has people of different colors and races.
