I get my info from wikipedia , mostly.
Take a look at the parts of the cell.
Some of the parts require certain processes for the parts to become fully functional.
Some of these processes take very long to occur.
If you were to rapidly put together a cell , it would be like putting cookie dough onto a plate of frozen meat and unpeeled potatos.
If the first cell was rapidly put together , it would require "Processed" parts for it to function.
These processed parts can only be obtained from an existing cell.
So if there was nothing , and then a cell tried to rapidly form , it would require parts from another cell , which don't exist.
New cells are formed via mitosis. So yes, there are "other cells"
That's circular reasoning though.
The first cell would be the only one of it's kind , therefore can't get anything from other cells , because it's the only cell of it's kind , therefore there are no other cells.
Not to mention the fact that the whole "Alien" idea isn't even supported by scripture , which makes it part of the devil's handiwork.
If you think about it , it seems a lot like the devil's work.
For one , society made up the alien thing only after space travel became an idea.
Secondly , people like to believe in aliens because they don't like feeling alone.
This feeling of loneliness comes from the idea that maybe there is no God.
The scriptures do not even speak about aliens , or little green men for that matter.
