Anyone actually have experience or info on this wringer? The two bars can be held together to bring the rollers together.

So i have to hold those 2 bars together with what? I got that far but that could be very hurting on my foot as my hands need to be free. Maybe there's something missing to hold the bars? There is a hole in one of the side bars. Maybe another spring with a lever to open and close the bars?
