One of the snipers stationed inside the building reportedly first saw Crooks outside and looking up to the roof of the building before the suspect left the scene. Crooks later came back and sat down while looking at his phone near the building. CBS News reported that a sniper took a photo of the suspect when he returned. Crooks then took out a rangefinder and the sniper who spotted him "radioed to the command post" about the suspect's actions. Crooks then disappeared again and returned to the building with a backpack. Secret Service snipers again alerted their command post about Crooks' actions.​

They took picture of him - they saw him multiple times around the building - they saw him with a rangefinder (sniper tool for measuring distance to target) and no one - not one person approached him or questioned him.

Judge Andrew Napolitano is not just another person. He has had a long career in the media. I remember him from when he was an analyst for Fox News. I don't believe that he would interview people who don't have any credibility at all.

Larry Johnson definitely has some credibility issues though - he's even burned Juge Nap on at least one of them (he was the source for Napolitano's claim that British Intelligence had wiretapped Trump on orders from Obama during the 2016 election - a statement that was later disavowed by Fox).

Notably, he was only a CIA analyst for 4 years and was last in government in 1993 - over 30 years ago. He's been a "business consultant" and political commentator ever since.
